NUTRITION
At the start of your program, you will be provided your macronutrient goals and 3 meal plans. Please follow these meal plans to the best of your ability for the first few weeks of your program. Try your best to track your food in the food tracking app MyFitnessPal. You will link your MyFitnessPal account with your Trainerize account so I can see what you are eating. You will be provided a video training on how to use MyFitnessPal in your first 2 weeks of your program.

TEAM CALLS:

We have WEEKLY Community-wide Q+A calls. The clients that do the BEST in this program attend these calls each month.

WEEKLY Q&A CALLS TAKE PLACE EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 5:30PM PST WITH BTP HEAD COACH KENYA AND SPECIAL GUESTS.

  • We will focus on resetting your metabolism by bringing balance back to your body and priming you for optimal fat loss. In this phase we are also focused on restoring good mental health by introducing new habits and perspective shifts

  • In this phase we are focusing on working within your lifestyle needs to help you effectively lose fat in the most sustainable and healthy way, while also losing the the negative belief systems that have kept you in a low-vibrational state of living.

  • In this phase we are teaching you how to sustain your results and your new healthy way of living. Fears that were holding you back before are now a thing of the past! Here, we are providing you the tools for independent maintenance of your physical and mental health results.
